The much in news is the Kingfisher villa and its new owner. It is finally sold for 73 crores to Sachiin Joshi who heads Viking Ventures.
Sachiin Joshi is the Vice-Chairman of JMJ Group of Companies, which is the holding company for all his diverse business interests. From Hospitality to Real Estate, from Fitness Centres to Health Spas, Sachiin Joshi’s mega business empire boasts of a multi-million Rupee turnover. He is also the owner of Goa King’s Pilsner Beer which he acquired in 2005 for Rs 90 crore. Pursuing his actinv interests, He will be seen next in Ram Gopal Varma’s erotic thriller Secret. Previously, the duo have worked together on Veerappan. He is also set to play a professional kabaddi player in Yaar Ivan directed by T Satya.

The mansion had a massive private garden as well as ponds, swimming pools and a dance floor which was often used as a helipad for Mallya.
Inside the main villa, there are three big bedrooms and a huge living room. Every corner of the house has been reportedly decorated by the tycoon himself.The living room has hand-crafted teakwood furniture with a fancy home theatre system. In fact, the house has been designed in a typical Goan style and is well connected to the beach. At the end of the lawn there is a luxurious apartment-sized bedroom facing the sea. “This was Mallya’s master bedroom”.
