1. Delhi/NCR

Mahindra has come up with its project Mahindra Lifestyle Luminare and Godrej with Godrej Aria in Gurgaon region. With prices between 90 L t 7 cr, these projects offer a great opportunity for people to enter at every level.

2. Mumbai

Lodha’s new 55-storey tower, in the ongoing New Cuffe Parade project in the eastern suburbs of Wadala in Mumbai. It has reportedly been offered at a pre-launch price of close to R17,500 per sq ft, about R1,000-1,500 below the current rate. The apartments, available in 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK configurations, have been designed by celebrity British designer Kelly Hoppen. 

3. Pune

Rohan group comes up with Abhilasha between 22 to 59 L for people wanting to buy property in Pune. You also have projects like Mantri Vantage and Godrej Prana which are the upcoming projects in the region.

4. Bangalore

City is buzzing with new launches with Nitesh Virgin Island, Salarpuria Cadenza, Prestige Gulmohar, Provident The Tree. All of them yet launch around festive season.

Seems like a booming equity market and steps taken by government to attract investments should have a great impact on residential sales in the festive season and both consumers and builders have nothing to complain about the same.
