Considering the location, Bellandur, which is close to tech parks Lakeview as designed to suit the needs of young couples who are looking at their first time investment as end users into something which is value for money, locationally well placed and offers them the luxury that they have experienced in their professional lives.

This surely is a plus for Orchid Lakeview. Sarjapur Road, Outer Ring Road and Bellandur have been one of the fastest growing areas in Bangalore with all amenities around that micro market. With Sakra World Hospital – The area has one of the best hospitals; Bangalore Central provides a great shopping experience; Novotel, Hilton and ibis provides access to luxury, quality and budget hotels in that area and tech parks like Cessna, Prestige etc have brought in most of the top companies to that area.

What you might not like?

A lot of people have mentioned issues like cementries being close to the place. As the location gets developed the same is bound to have a lesser impact. Also while most projects are launched with such things hidden, the good part is that you know about the same and can plan accordingly.
